Lobby was clean and front desk staff was pleasant. .a façade. The room was typical for the brand. basic accommodations, but pricey for what is offered. The sliding door to the "balcony" of my room wouldn't close fully and certainly wouldn't lock properly. Freeway noise was disruptive as well. Would never utilize this particular hotel in the future; very disappointing.

Property Description
Centrally and conveniently located in the Pioneer Valley. 114 rooms and newly renovated hotel with full service restaurant, the Quality Inn offers comfortable stay and 100% satisfaction guarantee. Features include 24 hrs fitness center, covered outdoor pool(Seasonal) and free WiFi, free hot breakfast, guest laundry facility and meeting/banquet facility. All rooms are equipped with in-room coffee maker, refridgerator and microwave, hair dryer, iron & iron board. Directions: I-91 exit 13B; I-90 exit 4 to Rte 5 South, 2 miles on right.
Green Sustainability
We participates in Green program. All lights are LED and our shower are flow controlled. Towels and beddings are cleaned every 3 days for stays longer than 3 nights but we do accommodate more frequent service when requested at front desk at check-in.
