Substandard house keeping/ whirlpool didn’t work for second year in a row. Spencer’s food is inedible and grossly overpriced. Park in garage at your own risk. Too many better options in Salt Lake.

Cleaning Policies
Hilton has taken precautions to ensure team member and guest safety by implementing new standards in cleanliness. For short stays of less than 5 days, clean linen and towels will be placed regularly outside guestroom doors; to allow Guests to service their own rooms. For longer stays of 5 days or more, Housekeepers will be servicing rooms but will be wearing disposable gloves and apron, they will be using anti-viral disinfectant spray and the guests should not be in the room whilst cleaning is undertaken. Laundry and linen will be placed within soluble bags in guestrooms – Guests should leave these outside their room for collection. Public Spaces are being regularly clean and our overnight cleaning has been enhanced. Hilton is also launching a new initiative in June called Hilton CleanStay with Lysol Protection.
