On either side of a trip out of the country, we stayed on this property. Everything was great but airport pick up as we returned to the hotel. It took a long time for them to show up. When calling reception to ask for pick up my call went to voicemail. Very disappointing!
I would stay there again. Very clean and comfortable beds. Close to restaurants and expressway.
I will stay and recommend to others.
Grounds were beautiful as well as the lobby. Staff were all extremely nice and accommodating.

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience at this particular hotel. Upon check in, the staff was very polite and the front desk/reception area was very nice. However, that was about it for the remainder of our stay. The room was tired and dirty. We moved the couch just a little bit to utilize the pull out sofa and it was evident that housekeeping had not cleaned under the couch for some time. There was a broken piece of the window blinds beneath the couch as well. Upon opening the couch, there were fake nails that fell out of the mattress. In the bathroom, the tub shower did not drain and held water during showers. The hot water cut off turned more than 90 degrees so you had to turn it just right to stop the water from running or forward or back would allow the water to run. The door to the bathroom nearly hit the commode upon opening and while open, the door and the commode blocked any access to the shower (you had to step in the bathroom and next to the commode in order to close the door so you could then get to the shower). The A/C air was cool, at best and cycled on and off repeatedly rather than running consistently to achieve the desired temperature. From a common areas perspective, the elevators were dirty and the common restroom off of the pool deck was really dirty with two of the toilets clogged in the women's room throughout our entire stay. Elevators were also very slow for a 9 story building so we were better off using the stairs to get to floor 5. Location was good for our purposes, parking lot and curb appeal was definitely a bright spot and again, the check in experience including that area of the hotel and the personnel was just fine. Unfortunately, the common areas and our private room otherwise were very underwhelming.
I have been there several times and like the hotel, staff, the dining room and the comfortable and quiet rooms.
