Clean and comfortable with good breakfast.
We spent 6 days in July and enjoyed it very much. The staff was friendly and helpful. The upgraded room was spacious and we slept comfortably. There are lots of places nearby to eat, shop or watch movies.
It feels like a second home. Neat, clean and very tasteful.
Great Hotel
It helps being brand new, but this place was clean, modern, with friendly staff. It was perfectly located for my needs (South Reno), with a an easy to access location. Being right next to the new Trader Joes was a plus.
The room was small for two people with two dogs. Very little to no adjustment on air. No fridge, just freezer. No microwave to defrost food for dogs. One small soap for two people for two days. One packet of regular coffee and one of decaffinated. Why?? Hair dryer didn’t work.
Hotel employees made my young kids feel right at home. Great room with lots of space, modern Scandinavian feel, smart storage. Can’t wait to come back.
