The PACIFIC 19 Kona hotel offers amenities such as parking, an elevator, a pool, a restaurant, WiFi/internet, pet-friendly rooms, laundry facilities, non-smoking rooms, air conditioning, a 24/7 front desk, and access to the beach.
The carpet was dirty, the sliding door was grinding and very hard to open and close, the TV didn’t work, had to get a new remote, no instructions on how to use the TV, no microwave, had to order one, which took up the entire table, no coffee pot, the refrigerator was completely packed with drinks, unnecessary, had to unload it, to use it, too much unnecessary alcohol for sale, not needed, the toilet was so small and low to the ground, the grab bars in the shower also too low. No bar soap to wash your hands with, the beds were very uncomfortable and not queen size and the bedding was confusing, no fitted bottom sheet and too many top sheets. The coffee wasn’t out long enough, the parking was awful, as people had to take two spots because they were too small. Was very disappointed that half of “The Kona Sea Side “ was sold. Was looking forward to sitting on the “deck” out by Alil’i Drive….. I use to brag about this hotel, but I’ll never stay there again. Thank you.
