"Terry and Tiffany in Texas ENJOYED Mexico"

Wow, I can be writing for days about the excellence of service. Jose, who is a concierge, really HELPED TREMENDOUSLY! He arranged Tiffany’s bday balloons and chocolate cake. Carlos, the front desk worker, made the check in process seamless! Maria, another concierge, went the extra mile and made a card for Tiffany! Maria (the same concierge) also made it to where pictures of she and I were printed in color for a Hilton picture frame! Jose, the concierge, delivered the pictures to me as we were checking out! Also, Jose and I had a unique connection. He had been to Houston and has family that lives on Fondren street. Jose also went to the same high school that my brother works at currently! Alondra, another concierge, was able to aid by pushing the check out time back. All and all, I am was highly satisfied and more than grateful for all that staff that exuded love! Thank you!
