The rooms where clean, the heater wasn’t working well. There was nothing to drink in the mini bar other than water. Valet parking service was outstanding. Hotel service wasn’t the best. Even thought the heater wasn’t working well and the waiter at the restaurant didn’t bring all of our order requested. I asked if I could stay another night because of it’s prime location. They told me I couldn’t stay in the same room and that I would have to booked online because the hotel was fully booked. So I went online I found out they still had rooms available in the same floor. I ended up booking my additional night in the hotel next door to the Hyatt.
