Bed was fine, clean and comfortable.
I mentioned at an early check in that we would prefer a room with little or no stairs as I'm not very agile at my age and they gave us a room where our vehicle was within a few feet of the room door and no stairs. Perfect! They were very accommodating and friendly and the room was accessible with hand grabs in the bathtub and very roomy and clean. We will definitely stay there again. G Brown in Victoria, BC.
I found the front desk impossible to get a hold of, all bookings after 11am.went south to USA booking agent. Very expensive for Merritt in my opinion.
