The cool thing about Magnolia Hotel Dallas Downtown is its central location, making it convenient for exploring popular attractions such as Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center and Dealey Plaza.
I used to live in Dallas, but now live elsewhere so I need a place to stay when I come visit. When I was in interior design in Dallas, I was lucky enough to be able to tour the building when they were turning it into a hotel, the original Mobil Oil Co. offices, the company my Grandfather used to work for. So, why not stay at my favorite remodel when visiting ? I travel as a single woman. I feel safe here. The service is exceptional, the staff ALWAYS make me feel welcome and I feel safe and I love the location. I will always come back!

I would never stay there again. Bad service. Room not well kept. Had to ask for towels because they only left two bath one hand for two people. We asked for two beds and got one full.
We were booked for a two queen or one king room. They gave us a small room with one double bed. They would not adjust our bill to reflect a smaller room. Tile needs to be repaired in bathroom. The whole hotel needs to be remodeled.

This hotel is extremely expensive, dirty and the employees are rude. I would compare it to a Motel 6. This hotel should have one star.
I was extremely disappointed with the level of service and the cleanliness of my room. I encountered a roach crawling behind the toilet in the unclean bathroom. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, I was told that such conditions are “normal” for a hotel, which is completely unacceptable. I requested additional towels and was met with a rude response, implying that the lack of towels was due to guests not returning them. Moreover, the water in the bathroom was only warm, further contributing to my dissatisfaction. I would not want my dog to stay in this place.
Staff was friendly. Room was cozy and comfy. We had great views. Clean rooms and beds were comfortable.
