Very courteous and helpful staff. Lovely clean room with all the amenities.
The hotel is roughly 40 years old but has been well maintained. Rooms could use an update. We ordered in room breakfast and it was very good.
Check in was efficient, with front desk staff person Rea being especially helpful. My assigned room was lovely and I appreciated that it was possible to have fresh air in the room as it had a small balcony. I also appreciated the electric tea kettle in the room. The room was spacious, clean and quiet and had a lovely view over the adjacent residential neighborhood. Lastly, the delivery and food for my room service dinners were great.
Wow what can you say front desk fabulous. We upgraded our room for an amazing rate. Room was brilliant. Had breakfast at the hotel it was really good. Location second to none. The pool and gym sauna and steam room were fantastic, can get busy as it’s a private club but staff were great. For the money we paid I can’t say enough. See you all again in September.

The friendliness of the front desk is amazing even when rushed.The quality of all the amenities is top notch. It's the place we come for a quiet escape.

Stayed here before and will again. Good value, great staff and easy to get to downtown Victoria. Great views over the water and the pool, steam room and jacuzzi are awesome.
The hotel is in an ideal location. The staff was great and it was an excellent experience! I will be staying at the Grand Pacific on all my future trips to Victoria.

Although a short stay it was a great one. Incredible view of the harbor and city. Rooms were clean, modern and we found it very quiet. Fitness area was incredible with a very large pool. Would definitely stay longer next time!
