So Hyatt’s are always pretty nice. This one was clean and predictable. What stood out about my short stay was the hospitality and over and above helpfulness of one special employee. Maria Rodriguez at the front desk reception was our superhero. Long story short, my friend noticed her daughter’s backpack was in the car upon arriving to SJ. We had an early flight the next day and friends daughter in Sacramento was distraught without her notes for finals Maria found us boxes, packing tape and even after us of scanning notes and trying to print packing slips in frustration Maria was so supportive. It was a unique experience to see the patience of Maria and to have her go above and beyond while still attending to other guests. Thanks Maria!
It was clean and everybody was friendly. Very good overall.
Love the lobby shop and the breakfast and the lobby area. Great location for what I needed and so close to the airport.
