Rooms are nice and spacious.
Building is too old, mold and mildew smell, Also saw mold around balcony sliding doors in room 1017. Additionally tile flooring in the living room area near the since and microwave was sweating ie moisture. The employee's were very nice, but for the price I would have much rather stayed in another hotel. Since my family hosted our family re union there, I agreed to stay.

TV didn’t work no pool after being told over the phone they had one, no breakfast early to accommodate us room had mold in the drawers and dresser and I couldn’t give my baby a bath bc the tub would not drain and had rust on it extremely disappointed for a 470$ room I will not be back or tell people to stay there. I kindly asked for a refund or compensation oh some sort because I know Hilton gives satisfaction worrinty. Please let us get a refund of some sort. We traveled very far and I had three kids ver sad and disappointed they count swim bc over the phone they said they did if they didn’t they should have said no pool and I could have went else ware.
We have always good luck with Embassy Suites and we were looking forward to taking our granddaughters there for their spring break and swimming. I was checking in (I had already made a non refundable reservation) when I noticed the sign on the counter that the pool and hot tub were closed.City health inspector had apparently shut them down about a week earlier, but this wasn't mentioned when I made my phone reservation. The water pressure in our room/shower was terrible, but the tub faucet dripped continuously and the sink drained at a snail's pace. Overall disappointing.
The room worked well for two adults and one adolescent. Breakfast was okay. Happy hour was fine. Staff was friendly and location was great for visiting WWI Museum.
Room needs major upgrade. Puddle water on floor from leak. Shower and tub faucets dripping. Tub has major stain from long term leaking. Carpet has big scar from damage.
Floorplan is great. Staff was wonderful. Food was good. However, hot tub broke, everything grungy, trash laying around, shower drain clogged with hair. Overall unkept facility, CEO's apparently don't want to keep nice.
The Hotel Staff was very nice. The Hot Tub/Pool Area need some attention. As well as the Bathrooms inside the Rooms..our toilet was loose from the ground, the hot water was not hot. But the overall stay was good.
