Very convenient for the station. 10 minute walk from Pavilion and seafront. Good room, splendid bathroom. Great shower, easy to control. Really friendly bartender. Very comfortable bed. God's size window, able to open.
Booked this hotel six months ago, but their incompetence resulted in a lot of anxiety and worry. The rooms were not clean, nor were they cleaned during our stay. Stains on floor. Two lumpy pillows. Some of the reception staff were really grumpy and miserable. Shower heat was unreliable.
They totally messed up our booking, a letter of complaint to MD is following, rooms were not cleaned,dirty cups/glasses, hot water in shower very intermittent. Grumpy staff on reception.
