The Lamplighter Inn & Suites North offers a bar/lounge, parking, an elevator, a pool, WiFi/Internet, pet-friendly rooms, laundry facilities, non-smoking rooms, breakfast, air conditioning, a 24/7 front desk, a business center, a spa tub, meeting rooms, and beach access.
Got checked into one room, had to go back to get checked into my second room. Rooms weren't ready; one still needed swept and sprayed down and the other was very sticky once we walked on it barefoot. The inside pool was ice cold, too cold to swim. The hot tub was way too hot. I felt like they needed a warning sign so no ones goes into shot from changing temperatures. Their Fitness room was not available. Between the two rooms there were not enough towels to bath three kids and one adult. The time that it states that breakfast is served during the week is posted as 6AM online. However, they stated it wasn't open until 7. By 7AM we discovered that no hot breakfast was served. the only hot item was the make it yourself waffles that had a line of people waiting. when we left the hotel a homeless man in a wheelchair fell in front of our car and then after getting back up walked to the car and asked for money. Need a refund!
