"Very clean hotel and staff helpful"

I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful with a few questions I had (example, one man helped give me directions of how to get back to Picadilly Station on the tram which I hadn't done before). The breakfast was great for the money paid, though it was a shame that as I was out early on Saturday morning, breakfast wasnt available until 7am, but when I checked with reception, I was told I could come down early as they had just put out the cereal options, but no hot food was ready yet, so it was nice that they did this to help cater to my needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area and have already decided I will be staying there again next year when I will return there.

From check in the check out we were well looked after and more ! The friendliest hotel reception staff we ve ever encountered and if something was asked for it was attended to poste haste. Will be returning.

Easy check in. Helpful and polite staff. Room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast is acceptable with hot and continental choices. Great for Trafford Centre only a five minute walk. 24 hour Starbucks around the corner and right opposite a McDonald’s. Would return.
