I enjoy staying at the Paradox. It's close to my office in Vancouver and the rooms are always well appointed. I enjoy the automated lighting and window coverings, the spacious bathroom and how quiet the rooms are at night. The food is also fantastic great offerings, particularly for room service. The bedding is great.
I booked this hotel to surprise my partner for his birthday. We were pleasantly surprised at how amazing our experience was. It exceeded our expectations. The staff were so friendly and the rooms were immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. Their in room mini bar selection was impressive! The location was 10/10. We walked to Stanley Park, the shopping districts and to the Hullo ferry terminal near Canada Place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Paradox Hotel Vancouver is actively involved in an internal Green Initiative, by minimizing waste, reducing the usage of plastic, water and energy on property, and purchasing from certified fair-trade suppliers. Used guest amenities and fixtures will be donated to local charities.
Buffet breakfast is offered daily from 7AM-10:30AM in the hotel restaurant Mott 32, and includes a wide selection of hot & cold dishes, pastry, and beverages. Egg and Crepe stations are also offered in the breakfast buffet. The daily buffet breakfast is priced at $35 CAD for every guest over the age of 12, is inclusive of taxes but not inclusive of gratuity. Alternatively, guests also have the option to order from the In-Room Dining breakfast menu. In-Room Dining serves breakfast from 6AM-11:30AM.
Overnight valet parking: $55 CAD / vehicle; Fortis BC building (nearby parking): $17 CAD / day and $34 CAD / overnight respectively, with no in-and-out privileges.
