Centrally located steps from Swansea Castle and a short walk to Swansea Market, it offers 106 guestrooms with free WiFi, two restaurants (including a brasserie), a bar, meeting and banquet facilities, 24-hour front desk/concierge and nearby waterfront activities such as a marina, sailing and surfing.
Where can I start.. Hotel pictures look photoshopped No air conditioning broken Lift broken only big enough for two people and no bags. Bedroom tired, dirty, no phone for reception, no hairdryer, towels were rock hard, bathroom in need of urgent attention, due to mould on the sealant, dirty gaps below the bath. If I wasn’t in need of a room for the night due to all hotels being booked I would have moved to a better hotel. If honest it would have probably been more comfortable in my car. Staff didn’t even seem bothered when we had questions about the above. For the price we paid I feel ripped off. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
