The Valencia is excellent in every way. Every member of the staff from the valets to the concierge is thoughtful, friendly and makes each guest feel welcome and comfortable. The room was super clean and well appointed, the bed was superb and the bathroom was stocked with all the necessities. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We look forward to coming back in the future!

My husband and I visited for a brief weekend stay. Upon returning home I realized that I'd left a special piece of jewerly in my room. I was contacted the next day, the piece had been found and it was held in the hotel safe until I could retrieve it.
