snatch hair on the tub. Mold in the tile grout. Paint peeling on the bathroom door. Coffee pot leaking water out the front while brewing. A/C not refrigerated air. Bad bed and minimal pillows. never go to Ramada Inn.
I wanted to reserve two rooms with Best Western. I was told by the reserving agency that Best Western was fully booked but that I could reserve at Ramada Inn next door. I was told they had a pool and accepted dogs. When we got there we found the pool was closed and they charged for the dog. I walked over to the Best Western and was told they still had openings. So I was tricked and I don't appreciate that. The Ramada Inn is dirty and in poor shape. We will never again stay there.

Yes. We encourage our guests to use or green linen program. If a guest is occupying a room for more than 1 night, we ask that guests place their green linen card on their bed so that we do not change their linen on that day. This will help to save on water and energy.
