We always enjoy our stay at Heritage Inn. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. They offer a hearty breakfast. It's nice to have options to swim,hottub and sauna. It's nice to also have the restaurant,bar and casino available, too. Places to eat nearby. Centrally located to different shopping and entertainment.
Check in was fast and friendly. Rooms are roomy and clean. Large jacuzzi tub would accommodate two big kids. Overall, clean and bright.

Good eats, bar and casino. Live music was unexpected. The room was nice.

I have waited until my trip back to post this. This was not a good experience. I would suggest that everyone else not stay at this hotel. MULTIPLE times I had to go back to the front office to have my key cards redone. MULTIPLE times. FIX YOUR DAMN KEY CARDS OR MAKE IT SIMPLE AND GO BACK TO KEYS. Many others had to do this, too. One lady showed up with a reservation, only to find out they did not have a room for her. Another was given a room that was not cleaned. The lady at the front desk told all of us that this is a reflection of the new owner, a guy named Purvesh from India. I also went through Expedia or booking.com or something and was charged an extra $150 bucks where if I just would have went thru the hotel it would have only cost $400. People, do not stay at this hotel. The heritage Inn USED to be a great place.
