Below are reviews of the city of Wahpeton, ND from an actual visitor's perspective.
I love the city of Wahpeton, we were there for granddaughter's dance recital. Went to visit the sculptors at the park, a very nice addition to the city.
We had a blast at our venue, the City Brew Hall, and truly didn't need to do anything else. I did set up surprise tattoos for the guys at Mona Lisa… If you're quirky, I'd definitely recommend that as well.
