The oil-rich city is basically a business center for surrounding towns and has varying standard of living based on oil prices. Mi Casa Mexican restaurant is next door to hotel. Service and food was excellent. Order the mixed steak n chicken fajitas!!
My revisit to Roosevelt was enjoyed after being away for 50 years. There's hotels. Restaurant conveniently situated next the hotel that lacked adequate sidewalk.
