Like much of Central Ohio, Hebron usually experiences warm summers and cold winters. If you're planning to visit between December and February, you can expect highs around 40 degrees and lows in the mid-20s. Spring and fall tend to bring highs in the mid-60s and summer typically means high temperatures in the mid-80s.
Although Hebron gets rain from spring to fall, spring is generally the wettest time of year. April and May are the rainiest months, so you'll want to pack waterproof shoes and a raincoat if you're thinking about a spring trip. The village also receives about a foot and a half of snow during an average winter, so be prepared for snowflakes if you're considering visiting in December or January.
