Bremerton hosts numerous festivals and outdoor concerts during the summer, allowing visitors to experience the best of the local culture.
Fall also brings in large amounts of visitors due to the changing leaves and crisp weather. Rates aren't as high as they are in summer, but are still noticeably raised.
On the other hand, winter often brings freezing rains and occasionally snow. The close proximity to the water can lead to dampness which also adds to the unpleasantness of winter. Rates are typically much more affordable in the winter due to the decrease in tourist activity.
Spring can similarly be damp and chilly, but the blooming flowers and new green are a refreshing change from the cold winter. Rates are lower during spring due to the variability of the weather, but it's still a beautiful time to visit.

This hotel has close proximity to several places to eat and shop if need be.
Oh my goodness, I really enjoyed the area around the hotel. The Fountain Park was a delight and a wonderful setting for a wedding; the sculptures to the naval museum on the wharf were such a nice gesture to our WWII warriors; and, the ferry to Seattle so handy! Next time I will plan to stay longer.
Too expensive for being a Navel City but fantastic accommodations.
All the green around it, the bays and outer sound were awesome.
