Located at the Port of Everett Marina toward the end of August, the Fresh Paint Festival of Artists is a free event where more than 100 artists can display their work and demonstrate their talents. Watch the artists at work, enjoy food and drinks from local vendors, listen to live music, and dive into the many art activities for children.
