McKinney was great!
We're in the area to attend a wedding but did go to Tupps Brewery for lunch which was fun and also walked around McKinney Square looking at the boutiques and antique shops. Cadillac Pizza was also good. Took children to Heard Museum and they enjoyed walking around looking at all the animals.
I live here so I am very familiar with the city and square. It's a fun place! You can go bar hopping in the 4 square blocks!

We really enjoyed taking a tour of Chestnut Square and learning about the history of McKinney. We also enjoyed eating breakfast at Layered.
We love the area, lots of food and plenty of shopping to be had.

Several of our out of town guests toured downtown McKinney over the weekend and truly enjoyed the unique cozy feeling. Our sons wedding was at The Cotton Mill which was beyond amazing. All our guests raved about what a wonderful venue it was!
