Beautiful waterfront. Food scene was good. Ate at Fetta and Colby's, both excellent. We were there for a wedding so not much time to explore.

Owensboro is a quaint, hospitable, and beautiful city. It is obvious from the construction that they are updating and improving. The restaurants that we visited were excellent and clean as were the stores we visited while there. I would recommend Owensboro to someone who was looking for a little getaway for the beauty and serene atmosphere.
