We loved Satesville. We chose to stay there because it is central to Winston Salem, Charlotte and Hickory: all the cities we planned on visiting during our long weekend visit. People were very friendly with the exception of one encounter at the Outback, service was horrible and waiters rude. We plan on relocating here in the next year or so.
