The South San Francisco center is around the area of South San Francisco Conference Center and 1 mile north of Downtown San Bruno.
South San Francisco is known for its cool Mediterranean climate and near-constant Pacific breezes. Temperatures don't fluctuate much here, as highs range from the mid-50s in the winter and the low 70s in the summer. September tends to be the warmest month of the year, while January is usually the coldest. January also tends to be the rainiest month of the year, so you'll want to pack a raincoat and some extra layers if you're planning a winter trip.
It may come as no surprise that January typically brings the lowest accommodation rates and the best hotel deals. You'll usually find the highest room rates in the summer, so be sure to start looking for South San Francisco hotel deals in advance if budget is a concern.
