The Fairhope center is approximately 1 mile east of Fairhope Museum of History and 1 mile east of Downtown Fairhope.
The most popular times to visit Fairhope are in May, June, and July, when the weather is warm and you can enjoy a swim in Mobile Bay. Near Christmas, the town looks like a holiday card with lights on every tree at night. There's also a holiday parade every year in early December.
Mardi Gras is in February or early March, and Fairhope hosts several parades in the mild winter weather. Spring and summer are more expensive for lodging, but you can get a great deal by visiting in September. The weather is still warm enough for a swim in Mobile Bay or other outdoor activities, but it's not a popular time for families because school is in session. You can also find plenty of low rates in January, right after the holidays.

It's close to the highway near Timber Creek Golf Course and has three floors and 65 rooms. Other amenities include a fitness center, a 24-hour business center, and almost 1,000 square feet of conference and meeting space. The friendly, helpful staff also make this hotel a great value.

Fairhope is an ideal place for biking, jogging, hiking, shopping, swimming, boating, and fishing. Take a tour of the Mobile-Tensaw River Delta to see alligators and other wildlife. You can also go sailing, rent a canoe or kayak, or take a land-based tour of antebellum mansions and Civil War sites. Check out pitcher plants, sundews, and other carnivorous plants at the Weeks Bay Reserve, also called the Pitcher Plant Bog. It's open from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and there are several displays featuring animals.
Battleship Memorial Park in Mobile has the USS Alabama, one of the battleships that fought in the Pacific during World War II. It also has the USS Drum, the oldest submarine on public display, as well as several tanks and aircraft. This museum and war memorial is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. It stays open an extra hour in spring and summer, and admission is free for kids 5 and under and active members of the military.

Fairhope is a gem. We had our anniversary dinner at Cafe Viola and loved it. Just browsing through the downtown area is fun.

Beautiful Hwy. 98 scenery all the way through town. Easily accessible and large variety of restaurants, gas stations, shopping, grocery stores. Smooth traffic flow. Mom's great experience at Country Place Senior Living, Thomas Hospital and emergency room and Eastern Shore Rehabilitation. The residents are so friendly and visitors usually say “we want to live here!”

Very neat and clean. Getting around by walking was easy from the downtown Hampton. Plenty of good places to eat and shop.
The pier park area is better than perfect. The view is breathtaking. The beach area is so comfortable and fun. The pier is great for exercise and fishing.
