I grew up in Gretna and I like that the hotel is in Gretna right by my house so I can take a break and get away.

The city was great with easy access to stores and venues, etc.
It's quick to get to Mississippi Bridge and downtown!

Gretna is a wonderful and quiet city with an expanding downtown area for tourism!
I came to play in a golf tournament. Didn't really experience the city that much.
The people in the area was vary nice and helpful!
I didn't have much time to see the town. The positive side is that there were many shopping outlets. The downside is the bus service is infrequent and so was the taxi service, too few taxis. The weather was also very hot during the time I was visiting.
