There are quite a few restaurants around of different cultures and taste. There is a miniature golf course next door. The hotel is right off a US freeway. It's not too far away from Michigan State University's campus. Lansing is about an hour and a half from Grand Rapids, which is another major city. It's an hour and a half away from Detroit and the rest of Southeast Michigan.
There are a lot of nice restaurants close by.
