Holyoke is located close to the 3-college area (Mt. Holyoke, Smith, Amherst College). It has some beautiful old 1800s homes, generally located along or on cross streets from Northhampton Street. Check out the Boathouse Restaurant in nearby South Hadley or Fitzwilly's in Northhampton.(calculus), Duclose and Bach (English), Stiles (French), Kennedy (Latin), and many other excellent teachers.
