Jeff City is beautiful. The Missouri River and the hills overlooking the river…. From Jeff, it's a short trip to Lake of the Ozarks or up to Columbia for a Mizzou game.
I like the businesses on High St., Arris Pizza and High St. Bakery.
I came off The Katy Trail and did not see any other part of the city.

Loved Jefferson City. Parents were from there. Went to the Missouri wildflower gardens. Was a great experience. The wedding reception venue was great. Lots to do and see in Jefferson City. Historical sites and tourist sites.

Variety of shopping opportunities and restaurants. Appears to be a clean, neat town at least the sections I have seen so far. Have relatives living there.

I attended the Independence Day celebration in the state capitol and throughly enjoyed it. My hotel was in walking distance of all of the activities and I could see the fireworks from there.
