Below are reviews of the city of St. Andrews, NB from an actual visitor's perspective.
Enjoyed the historic block house just a quarter of a mile from our hotel's front door!
My favorite town in New Brunswick! So quaint with great little boutiques and restaurants, not to mention the whale watching excursion opportunities. Loved the Sean McCann concert at the KIRA Amphitheatre, which was right next to the breathtaking Kingsbrea Garden. Also, taking photos of a family of deer crossing a pristine golf course with the seascape in the background was priceless.
The city of St. Andrews is such a nice resort town. The shops were great and people so friendly.
We visited in November so not quite as busy. A beautiful quiet town with cute boutiques.
While at the Algonquin we enjoyed the attractions at and around St. Andrews. Driving to the island at low tide was cool. Walking along the beach and exploring was interesting. The shops, restaurants and sites in and around St. Andrews were something you really should experience. Next time we are going to fit in whale watching.
The Main Street of downtown St. Andrews is charming and full of life.
A wonderful place for a vacation!
