Demming is a little strip of a town on the Southern side of I-10, made up mostly of hotels and cafes. It improved it's hotels years ago, built new ones, all the big names came in. Some known places to eat like Sonic and WhataBurger are there, the main truck stops are pretty good.
Hotel was quiet, we enjoyed it.
