A very quiet place with no traffic.
We didn't interact with many places in Decatur but the places we visited were very friendly and welcoming.
Decatur is an old city with a lot of history. The downtown area is doing a good job of trying to revitalize itself!
The ease of the location between Dalton city and Decatur worked out well!

Walked the trails in Fairview Park and our former neighborhoods to see our old homes.
There are many stores within walking distance of the hotel including a movie theater, it made my work trip feel almost like a vacation.
Appeared clean and neat in parts we saw. Park and amphitheater were impressive.

They have plenty of eating options close to motels.
