Tampa has become VERY busy with many people moving there after the COVID pandemic. It has upped its game on food, views, roads but needs better infrastructure and a little more affordable housing. For the rest, weather is amazing, it offers several living options with its different areas and overall it is a nice city to live in, having also relatively low criminality.
