La Jolla has so much to offer! We loved the incredible variety of restaurants and charming shops. The La Jolla Contemporary Art Museum was a highlight, along with scenic walks along the ocean. Watching the seals and sea lions at the cove was such a unique experience. There are also wonderful yoga studios and plenty of opportunities to explore the area on foot. It's the perfect mix of natural beauty, culture, and relaxation

The breakfast at cottage down the street was great. Walking around on the beach. Stores to walk around and check out. The best spot for us after going to dinner or the racetrack. The Spot, bar food not bad and Laura the bartender hilarious and loves everyone. Locals go there.
A clean and charming city. I met very nice people everywhere I traveled to. Will definitely come back for another visit. I also like the options of the number of places to dine, shop or just sightsee.

We loved the proximity to the ocean, restaurants, shops and our Cuvier Club wedding venue. The Spot, Better Buzz, Richard Walker's Pancake House were all great spots to visit.

La Jolla is a regular visit for business, so not much to say about tourist destination aspect. But the area is nice; close to ocean, clean newer part of town. Lots to do: beach, glider port etc that I know of. SD is a generally great city and I would even consider living there.
