The college was very nice! Did not really visit the city extensively!
It's a nice town. Small town and good people. Good place to stay while going to the other recreational sites around here.
🤙Thumbs up!
Must try the little Mexican restaurant on the corner named Anejo Bistro and Bar! Yummy food and margaritas! Prices reasonable for the area.
Great food, kind people and an impressive little university.
I visited Ole Miners Restaurant and the beautiful ladies there (in appearance, personality and service). Gunnison Middle School put on a great wrestling tournament. Thank you Gunnison Middle School for allowing Pagosa Springs wrestlers to bunk in the gym overnight.
The Power Stop had awesome burgers and it was an easy, short walk from the Comfort Inn. We ate there twice in the three days we were in town.
I would recommend the Miners Steak restaurant, excellent filet migon. Gunnison is an easy town to get around in and historical sites and university all add to it's appeal
Quaint hotel and friendly employees.
Pioneer Museum was much better than a one-building museum. Loved the 5B's BBQ and family interaction of the owners of the Double Dragon.
Great little mountain town!
