A quaint place.
Pretty little college town.
My stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The city of Wilmore is a quiet retreat and minutes away from attractions in nearby Lexington. They have a happening coffee shop in a quaint downtown. I wish we had more time to stay before getting back to our busy lives.
Wilmore ... such a tiny town to host this revival where 25,000 came from around the world. Wilmore was an amazing host community and kindness was evident everywhere I went. The volunteers behind the scenes were so lovely not minding how tired they were and you endured and thank you for providing so lovingly for the multitudes that came.
Beautiful small town with 2 higher learning institutions and near to interesting sites - like the High Bridge over the Kentucky River, the Palisades, Shakertown, countryside with beautiful stone fences and Lexington with its horse farms.
