Our hotel is non-smoking and has complimentary wireless internet, parking and deluxe grab and go breakfast featuring both hot/cold items. All our room feature a mini fridge, microwave, desk, desk chair, coffee maker and hairdryer. Our standard rooms have 2 queen beds and a nice cozy chair for $104.00 per night and our mini suites are a larger room with 2 queen beds and a sitting area with a sofa sleeper for $114.00. We also have an indoor heated pool, whirlpool and on-site fitness room and guest laundry. We have easy access to HWY 14 & 52 access and are only about 3.6 miles from downtown Rochester and Mayo Civic Center. We are located right next to "Five West Kitchen and Bar", just a couple doors down from SMOAK BBQ, TAP House and close to other restaurants, shopping and a movie theater. We do have a meeting room that you would be able to utilize if you pick up 15 room nights or more.
