We loved Millie's Restaurant that was just a couple of blocks south of the hotel. If you were just driving down the street looking for a place to have dinner, you would miss it. But we looked for it in the recommendation of the hotel desk attendant. Great food! Nice atmosphere. Call ahead seating recommended.

Breakfast at The Cracked Egg diner was good. The beach was beautiful, even though it was cold.
The beaches were not crowded. The view was beautiful and it was actually easy to drive to.
Restaurant options are endless and August is quiet so there's never a wait. The Beaches are clean and peaceful and the weather is perfect!
