The Hershey center is around the area of Hersheypark Stadium and the area of Hershey Zoo Zooamerica.
Got a sweet tooth? Then you should check out Hershey, PA home of all things chocolaty and more! A trip isn't complete without visiting the famous Hershey Park which offers great admission discounts if you plan on enjoying all of the shows and rides for more than one day and believe me there is plenty to experience. Make sure to look into obtaining a meal ticket which costs $13.75 per person and it includes an entree, a side and a souvenir cup with refills for $.99. It's a great price for groups, couples and families! Also included in any regular admission price is ZooAmerica, located directly within the park that has 11 acres full of unique and exciting animals from all over. Don't forget to also experience Hershey's Chocolate World which is right across the park all within walking distance. Would definitely recommend the Great American Chocolate Tour ride (free of charge) and the Create Your Own Candy Bar attraction where you tour the factory and choose your own chocolate flavor, toppings and wrapping designs for only $14.95 a person. The Country Inn & Suites by Carlson Hershey offers great hotel amenities less than two miles from the park as well as the Hershey Lodge if you're looking for a resort style accommodation. Plan a visit for the whole family, a group event, or a couple's weekend getaway today!
The most popular time to visit Hershey is from June to August. During these months, schools are out and families are on vacation. With clear weather and warm temperatures that average in the low to mid-80s Fahrenheit, all the attractions in and around Hershey are open during these months. You can experience it all, but be ready to pay more for a hotel room at this time of year. Also know you'll have to deal with larger crowds than in other seasons.
Once summer break ends, the crowds leave and you can get a pretty good deal on a hotel room as long as you avoid popular holidays. Many attractions stay open at least through Labor Day, and some even stay open through Halloween. While temperatures in September start out in the mid-70s, by October, highs drop to the mid-60s, and by November they barely get out of the 50s. You'll want to check the weather forecast and pack accordingly.
Visiting Hershey December through February has positives and negatives. If you're looking for an excellent hotel deal, these are the months to go as long as you avoid the days around Christmas. However, temperatures rarely get out of the 30s and 40s, and snow is common. Since the weather is cold, outdoor attractions close during these months, and even some indoor attractions shut down as well.
Once spring rolls around, the temperatures start to warm up, the snow melts, and the attractions open up again. Temperatures in March are still chilly, and the average high is in the upper 40s. By April, highs are in the lower 60s, and May brings comfortable temperatures reaching the lower 70s. Since many attractions are only open on select weekends until Memorial Day, you can find some pretty good deals on hotel rooms during these months.

The most popular attraction in Hershey is Hersheypark. This 110-acre chocolate-themed amusement park has 70 attractions, including water, family, and kiddie rides, as well as roller coasters. The park is split into six themed areas, including Founder's Way, which has the only full-service restaurant in the park; Pioneer Frontier, which is the southwestern-themed section; and The Boardwalk at Hersheypark, which is a water park.
While you can no longer tour the Hershey's chocolate plant, you can go to Hershey's Chocolate World and take the Hershey's Chocolate Tour. This tour simulates how Hershey's makes chocolate. It concludes with a free Hershey's product sample. You can also create your own candy bar and take part in a chocolate tasting experience.
Hershey isn't just about chocolate though. There are also amazing natural wonders to see. The Indian Echo Caverns are limestone caves open to the public. The 45-minute tour takes you by stalactites, stalagmites, an underground lake, and many other amazing natural underground features.
When you want to experience all this sweet town has to offer, Hershey has the perfect accommodations for your stay. From luxury resorts with unique spa treatments, to affordable hotels that put you minutes from top attractions, you'll find exactly what you're looking for in Hershey.

City is filled with history, family friendly, lots to do at reasonable prices. I admire the philanthropy that was used to create the whole township and how they have kept the period buildings in the downtown area. Look for the cute kiss streetlights, the kids loved them!
