This was a very beautiful hotel but the management was awful. No employee could even agree who you were suppose to give room service order to so I just walked down and got food. which was over priced and mediocre at best. I ordered a dinner salad and got a small side salad for a huge price. The air conditioning went out as I was preparing for a meeting. Don't stay here.

I had booked a room with two beds for me and my BFF. When we got to the room, there was only one bed. Back to the front desk. When Julie saw the look on my face, she told me not to panic, they would help. There were no more double rooms available so my friend and I each had our own wonderful room. Julie even bought us a beverage. She and the reservation team went above and beyond with a friendly smile. This was my second stay at your hotel and if I ever need to come back to Cincinnati, I will be booking my stay at the Cincinnatian. Thanks.
