The Washington center point is about the area of Duncan and Miller Glass Museum and the area of Washington and Jefferson College.
Washington has cold winters and mild summers. The city is most pleasant to visit during spring or fall. Changes in the seasons, however, don't have a noticeable effect on hotel prices. Prices can change throughout the year, but those changes are not based on seasonality.
To get the best rate at your Washington hotel, make sure you reserve early and take advantage of each discount possible.
Many hotels in the Washington area offer discounts to AAA members. Some of these hotels include Comfort Inn & Suites, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh - Meadow Lands, Comfort Inn Meadowlands, Cambria Hotel & Suites, and Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Washington at Meadowlands, PA.
Hotels often set aside a specific number of rooms for their discounted rates. Although you may have a AAA membership, you won't necessarily get a discount. If the discounted rooms have already been filled, then you may have to pay full price. Make your reservations as early as possible to make sure you can save money when visiting Washington.
A hotel that offers you terrific value doesn't necessarily have the lowest price in town, and this type of hotel many not be the most expensive option either. Instead, best-value hotels focus on giving their guests access to excellent amenities while charging mid-range prices. You won't spend a lot of money at these hotels, but you'll feel like you had a terrific experience.

This Pittsburgh suburb has many interesting things to do. The next time you're in town, try to visit the following five places:
Washington Park
Washington Park is a park on the eastern edge of Washington. This park has tennis courts, three pavilions, a softball field, pool, and historic log cabin, as well as other recreational attractions. Washington Park makes the perfect place to visit on a warm day when you want to relax.
The Meadows Racetrack and Casino
You don't have to stay at The Meadows Hotel to have fun at The Meadows Racetrack and Casino. This entertainment complex features a 1-mile racetrack for standard harness races. Races happen throughout the year, so check the current schedule if you want to watch one. The casino has about 3,300 slot machines and table games such as craps, blackjack, and roulette. You'll also find a 24-lane bowling center for those who prefer playing games without wagering money.
The Washington Winery
As the only winery in downtown Washington, you deserve a few glasses of Washington Winery's diverse group of varietals. Whether you prefer a cabernet or a riesling, this winery has excellent options made from hand-selected California grapes.
The Washington Winery usually has special events throughout the month. Check its calendar online to find something that interests you.
Washington Symphony Orchestra
The Washington Symphony Orchestra has performed four to five concerts per year since its founding in 2002. If you love live music, and you happen to visit Washington during one of the symphony orchestra's dates, you should attend a performance. Performances are held at venues throughout the city. Some common places include Trinity Senior High School and the Main Pavilion at Washington Park.
David Bradford House
The David Bradford House was once home to David Bradford, an area lawyer who eventually became a rebel against the U.S. tax on domestic products. The protest, known as the Whiskey Rebellion, focused on taxes on domestically produced spirits. Farmers in the Washington area turned their excess grain crops into liquor, which they would then use as currency. The David Bradford House offers insight into the insurrection and its effect on U.S. history.
Whether you're looking for a best-value hotel or a slightly more opulent place to stay in Washington, you'll find the type of hotel that suits you and your needs.

Tanger Outlet
Friendly people
Location!
Washington was a nice town. I like that everything was local and convenient to get to. We especially appreciated our princess, Sydney Baber, and her family. They went above and beyond to make our stay special and gave us great recommendations on where to go and what to do. They also invited the team over to their house to have pizza and smores. That will be a memory the boys will have forever.
The Kopper Kettle is a must! The people in Washington, PA were great, especially all of the volunteers in the community.
