Patrons must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages and must show proper identification if requested. Patrons are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages from outside into the fieldhouse and drinks purchased must be consumed within the venue. While not cheering with Boomer, the Pacers' official mascot, or Freddy Fever, the Fever's official mascot, fans may chose to visit the official gift shop of Pacers and Fever. The 10,000-square-foot Home Court sells team T-shirts, stuffed dolls, cookie jars, and other team merchandise and also features a 12-foot-tall replica of Boomer and an 18-foot-in-diameter basketball. Also located in the gift shop is the Coors Light Silver Bucket Bar and a Dunkin' Donuts, and interactive activities for fans of all ages. During games, customers can also buy merchandise at several stands located throughout the building.
As a special service to guests with children, Bankers Life Fieldhouse offers the Boomers Buddies program, also sponsored by the AAA Hoosier Motor Club, which is an identification bracelet that children wear identifying their parents' seat location and cell phone number. The bracelets are available at any Guest Relations Desk. Parents also have access to changes tables located in the disability stalls of both women's and men's restrooms and family restrooms located at the corners of the building.
Public elevators are located in the northeast quadrant of the building on each level. Escalators are located on the Main Concourse Krieg DeVault Club and Balcony Levels on the Delaware Street and Pennsylvania Street sides of the fieldhouse, and at the bridge from the Virginia Avenue Garage to the Entry Pavilion.
