I enjoyed my time at Iowa State University's Meat Laboratory. I learned quite a lot at the short course for sausages and processed meats.

Ames is as cosmopolitan as a major city but much more friendly, safe and clean. Very much a university town. Businesses are booming which gives the place an upbeat feel!
