Staff was friendly. Cool relaxing room, bed sheets didn't seem to fit and bed was not comfortable. Oui had ONE person doing everything. Was like a fast food experience. Felt bad for him. Rooms relatively clean.

Radisson Red Minneapolis has been SGS Certified for enhanced cleaning protocols against the spread of Covid-19. Enhanced cleaning using Diversey Oxivir and R2 Plus cleaners for all guest room touch points and hard surfaces. TV Remote Control cleaned between each guest reservation and placed in new Ziploc bag. When practical, room will be left vacant between occupants for 48 hours. Additional Purell Hand Sanitizing dispensers have been installed throughout the public space. Increased cleaning for all touch points. Masks and gloves are provided upon request. Safe-distancing markers have been placed on floors to provide a guide for social distancing regulations. Protective barriers have been installed for all areas where guests interact with staff. Check in/out has been made contact-less. Meeting space capacities have been reduced to accommodate social distancing. Single-serve utensils have replace standard silverware. Associates temperature taken before each shift.
