Burlingame is a city in the county of San Mateo in California. Its humble beginnings started out as a mere community wherein wealthy San Franciscans looked for a place to settle. This place would have to have better climate and serve as a place for their second homes. Since the 1960s, the population has significantly increased and what is now known to be Burlingame. Burlingame is a city known for its affluence, high quality residential life, and for its Victorian architecture which can still be seen standing today. Nice little city.
We stayed in South San Francisco and it was great!
We ate at a great restaurant within walking distance from the hotel. Don't remember the name but it was also a hookah bar.
The city was relatively easy to navigate and was nice. It was far enough away from downtown San Francisco to avoid the tangled mess but close enough that a 10-20 minute drive could get you wherever you need to be.
Loved walking to the New England Lobster Market & Eatery. The Bird Estuary is right there next to the hotel too. No need to drive when so many relaxing things are right there.
I had a great view of the bay!
I am not able to comment on the city as we were not there for sightseeing. Only to catch our flight the next morning.
The staff has always been professional and helpful.

Not too far from the airport with a shuttle. Didn't do much other than staying for my layover.
The Waterfront in the back of the hotel was very relaxing.
Great hotel close to airport. The city has great restaurants.
It was pleasant!
Ballpark and parks by the hotel.
The rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Nice quiet town.
The pathway along the Bay and around a large salt water pond was very pleasant. Had the weather been better, it would have made for long, peaceful walks.
Nice little area.
Some great restaurants! We weren't there long enough to explore … another time!
We had a beautiful ocean view!
